All purchases and orders of paintings custom-made to your specifications are final, so there are no returns and no refunds.

I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

• Contact me within 24 hours after delivery.
• Ship items back within 7 days after delivery.
• Request a cancellation within 6 hours after purchase.
• Buyers shall have 2 days to cancel their order of a custom painting. After 2 days or 48 hours, a 50% deposit will be retained and cannot be refunded.

All purchases and orders placed are considered final sales and cannot be returned, except in certain cases of damaged product.

If your product was damaged during delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you receive a damaged item, please email me within 6 hours at info@helenasirceljart.com, add your order number, proof photos of the damaged package and artwork. This way I can meet your request as effective and quick as possible.

Conditions of return

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

• The artwork must be returned in original package and condition, with insurance and tracking number.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping, and custom fees (import charges, returned packages).
• All returning international shipping may be held by Customs for verification.

All images are high-resolution and taken with a professional video camera.

We cannot exclude the possibility of variations in the colour shade of the product received. Different screen settings and the use of various devices to access the online shop may result in differences in colour shade. Every device (computer, mobile phone, PDA, etc.) displays colours and shades of colour with some deviations from the actual condition.
